Transform your home, end-to-end.
From single-room refurbs to whole-house projects, we manage every stage — design, build, finish — so you get a home you actually want to live in, without the usual chaos.

One team, one point of contact
Renovations get messy fast when you've got five different trades turning up on different days. We coordinate everything in-house and through trusted local specialists across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, so you get one number to call and one clear plan to follow.
Kitchens, bathrooms & living spaces
Whether it's a refreshed family bathroom or a knocked-through kitchen-diner, we'll help you make the most of the space you've got — and finish it to a standard you'll be proud of.
Built to last
We use quality materials, qualified trades and we don't cut corners where you can't see them. The bits behind the plasterboard matter just as much as the tiles on top.
How a renovation runs with us
It starts with a free site visit and an honest conversation about budget. We then put together a room-by-room schedule of works and a fixed written quote, so you can see exactly what's included before anything is stripped out.
On site the order is strip-out, structural work, first-fix electrics and plumbing, insulation and plasterboard, plastering, then second-fix, tiling, flooring and decoration. A single room refurb is usually 2–4 weeks; a whole-house project 8–20 weeks depending on scope.
What we renovate most
Kitchens — knock-throughs, new units, worktops, appliances, lighting and flooring, finished as one job rather than five separate trades.
Bathrooms and en-suites — full rip-out and re-fit, proper tanking and waterproofing, underfloor heating and tiling.
Whole-house refurbs — tired 1930s and Victorian homes brought up to date: rewires, replastering, new heating, joinery and decoration throughout.
Probate and buy-to-let refresh — quick, cost-controlled works to get a property ready to let or sell.
Warmer and cheaper to run, not just prettier
While walls and floors are open is the cheapest time to fix insulation, draughts, ventilation and heating. Because we also do energy efficiency work, we'll point out the upgrades worth doing now — and the ones that aren't worth your money.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I stay in the house during a renovation?
- Usually yes. We phase the work room by room, dust-screen the areas we're in and keep a working kitchen or bathroom available wherever possible. For a full whole-house strip-out it's often easier to move out for a few weeks — we'll be upfront about that at quote stage.
- How much does a renovation cost?
- It depends on scope and finish, so we don't guess over the phone. After a free site visit you get an itemised, fixed written quote with a schedule of works — so you can see where the money goes and adjust the spec before we start.
- Do you handle all the trades, including electrics and plumbing?
- Yes. Electrics, plumbing and heating, plastering, joinery, tiling and decorating are all coordinated by us with qualified trades and the relevant certification, so you deal with one company and one programme rather than chasing individual contractors.
